We welcome adults, adolescents and children of all ages, and offer both individual and group therapy. In addition to therapy, we offer mindfulness and meditation programs. 

Our approach to therapy is a practical and behavioural approach, using treatment strategies from CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema, Narrative and Mindfulness therapies.
